The Deputy Prime Minister, Hon Mathibeli Mokhothu will leave the country on Monday, 16 August, 2021 for Lilongwe, Malawi to participate at the 41st SADC Summit.
This ordinary summit of Heads of States and Government scheduled for the 17-18 August 2021, will see the Organ Troika receiving a report on political and security developments in Southern Africa.
Moreover, it is expected that Lesotho will present a report on the implementation of Southern African Development Community decisions in relation to political and security sitation in the country, in particular the ongoing reforms on the 16th August, 2021.
The theme for this year’s Summit is: ‘?????????? ?????????? ?????????? ?? ??? ???? ?? ?????19 ???????? ??? ?????????, ???????????, ???????? ??? ?????????? ??????????????.’
The Deputy Prime Minister will be accompanied by and the Government Secretary, Mr Lerotholi Pheko.
