Education among others.

She added that the Millennium Challenge Compact II to be implemented will strengthen Agricultural production in Lesotho amongst others.

She said the arrival of Americans in the country under the Peace Corp programme post-COVID-19 signifies strong bonds of cooperation between the two countries which existed for 55 years.

She said the Peace Corps arrived in September last year and attended a three-month training learning Sesotho, saying they have been deployed in communities and work in Primary Education and Health care.

The United States established diplomatic relations with Lesotho in 1966. The US has since focused on assisting Lesotho in reversing the devastating HIV/AIDS epidemic and promoting economic development amongst others.
