• Chief’s letter specifying applicant’s livestock identity earmarks, species and numbers.
• Livestock owner’s old livestock registration booklet
• Babeisi (where new livestock has been acquired)
• Valid National Identity card
• Copy of the gazette/Principal Chief’s letter (confirming that the applicant is a chief)
