Objectives
- To accelerate the rate of case disposal for subordinate courts by 60% by 2006.
- To restructure and decentralize the office, Jurisdiction, and Administrative functions of Chief Magistrates by 2006.
- To simplify court procedures and court language for the benefit of the grassroots level of the Basotho by 2006.
- To develop user-friendly facilities for people with disabilities.
