-Application letter the Director
– Fill application form
– Qualification to register as follows:
•The Government of Lesotho
•Lesotho Citizens
•An entity of persons, company or organisation registered in Lesotho and having a principal place of business in Lesotho.
– Bill of Sale
-Customs clearance for imported aircraft
-Aircraft charter agreement if necessary
– De-registration Certificate if aircraft is registered outside Lesotho
– Type Certificate (TC) or Supplementary Type Certificate (STC)
