• Sub-Lease Agreement (if leased).
• Certified copies of ID (shareholders)
• Architectural plan of a building approved by Maseru City Council/Public Health Office in rural areas.
• Inspection report from Tourism
• Inspection report from Maseru City Council (M.C.C)/health office in rural areas
• Inspection report from Police Sole trader
• Lease/form c/council letter – certified copy
• Sub-Lease Agreement (if leased).

• Architectural plan of a building approved by Maseru City Council/Public Health Office in rural areas.
