Provision of Work permits

• Covering letter from the company and personal,
• A completed application form
• Certified copy of passport including residence permit (where applicable)
• Certified copy of educational certificates
• Certified copy of a trader`s license certificate (Certified at Trade)
• Company income tax clearance certificate
• Personal income tax clearance certificate (for renewals)
• Certified copy of Company Extract if the applicant is a Director in a company
• An agreement between the main contractor and the sub-contractor if a sub-contractor is engaged
• Savingram from the relevant government ministry where the company is engaged in government project (s) and or where necessary (Health service providers, teachers etc)
• Certified Retention Certificate copy (for Doctors/Nurses/Pharmacists)
• Credentials/Assessment Outcome Report copy (Doctors/Nurses/Pharmacists)
• Employment Contract copy for professionals

• Copies of advertisements for this position
• Name and terms of reference of a local counterpart
• Organizational structure and a detailed training program
• List of local employees and their phone numbers
• List of Non-Basotho; names, position and work-permit number.
