• Complaint should be lodged immediately with DDPR, as long as there is evidence that can tabled indicating that: the two parties had prior discussion and failed to reach a consensus

• Resolution should be made within 30 days since the case was lodged with DDPR;
or
• The two parties can together agree to extend the period before DDPR intervener;
• If the agreed time passes without any resolution, the workers can resort to workers strike with the guidance of DDPR intervener
