Maintenance of Directors and Shareholders registers

Shareholders’ register must contain the following: –

• The numbers of shares of that class held by each holder within the last 10 years
• The date of any issue of shares, repurchase or redemption of shares from or transfer of shares by or to

Directors’ register must contain the following: –
• The names alphabetically arranged, and the latest known address of each person who is or has been within the last 10 years a Director.
• dates on which one was appointed and terminated as a Director
• Information on current directors such as their physical and postal addresses and contact details.
