At the 45th SADC Summit, Lesotho was officially removed from the SADC Troika’s list of countries under special monitoring for instability. This marks a historic shift as the country was praised for stability and progress in implementing reforms.
As the Right Honourable Prime Minister Samuel Ntsokoane Matekane, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Hon. Lejone Mpotjoane, the Government Secretary, and senior government officials listened, the voice of the region affirmed: Lesotho is on a new path of peace, reform, and growth.
