The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning invites members of the public and all stakeholders to contribute towards the development of the Lesotho Motor Vehicle Accident Fund Policy.
The proposed policy seeks to establish a modern, sustainable and victim-centred compensation system for road accident victims, while strengthening governance, ensuring sustainable funding and improving access to timely compensation.
Stakeholders are encouraged to submit views on compensation eligibility, funding mechanisms, governance structures, claims management, road safety initiatives and other measures that can strengthen the policy.
