PRIME MINISTER SAM. MATEKANE OFFICIAL SPEECH ON NEGOTIATION SKILLS FOR MANDATE GIVERS
The Prime Minister Honourable Samuel Matekane, officially opened a two day training session on Negotiation Skills for Mandate Givers, which brought together Ministers and senior government officials entrusted with shaping the sustainable development goals for the entire Basotho Nation as well as strengthening of social dialogue and clear planned strategies in the Public Service Sector following the establishment of The Public Service Coordinating Bargaining council.
