Ministry of Education and Training through the Teaching Service Department (TSD) officially Launched the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Framework for Teachers.
The CPD framework establishes a structured, nationally coordinated system that enables every teacher to grow professionally, stay current and be recognized for their skills.
The Framework is a bold statement of the ministry’s commitment to quality teaching and improved learning outcomes for every Mosotho child. CPD has benefits that include the renewal of teaching license by the Teaching Council, Compliance to regional and international teacher standards and competencies and recognition of prior learning to value teacher’s existing expertise.
The event was graced by Hon Minister of Education and Training Prof Ntoi Rapapa.
