Rural Electrification Project launched at Lihlabeng Ha Ramoabi Peka in Leribe, by The Right Honourable the Prime Minister, Hon. Samuel Matekane attracted prominent government figures including Deputy Prime Minister Nthomeng Majara, Minister of Information, Communication, Science and Technology, Hon. Nthati Moorosi and Minister of Education and Training Professor Ntoi Rapapa and newly appointed Minister of Local Government and Chieftainship, Hon. Nkhethoa Seetsa and Community at large.
Rural electrification would change the community lives as it is a vital catalyst for socio-economic development, high agricultural yield, economic opportunities, social and gender effects as well as healthy environment with low emissions and less deforestation.
