4. Dispute Prevention

• The services is provided by DDPR when there are allegationsof work place harassment but there is no one reporting such, the DDPR can physically visit such a place a make a phone call;
• DDPR also provides training to employers as well as employees and the venue is chosen by the applicants as well as footing the bill.
