 Family letter endorsed by the chief confirming marital status of them parties (signed by three attesting witnesses and certified copies of ID cards attached)
 Divorce decree (where applicable)
 Death certificate of spouse (where applicable)
 Certificate to remarry (where applicable).
 A Letter of Non impediment (for noncitizens)
 Certified copies of ID Cards of Witnesses
 Antenuptial contract (where applicable)
 M15 revenue stamp
