Application for Trading Licence (Partnerships):
• Partnership Deed for obtainable from Ministry of Local Government.
• Lease – Certified copy
• Sub-Lease Agreement (if leased);
• Certificate of Occupancy from Department of Environment;
• Certificate of Occupancy from Maseru City Council (MCC) or Public Health offices situated in districts – original;

Application for Trading Licence (Sole Proprietorship):
• Lease – Certified copy
• Sub-Lease Agreement (if leased);
• Certificate of Occupancy from Maseru City Council (MCC) or Public Health offices situated in districts – original;

Licence Fees (different per business Activity)
• Certificate of Food Handlers, obtainable from the Ministry of Health;
• Clearance Certificate obtainable from Ministry of Energy for Petrol Dealer Licence;
• Clearance Certificate from Ministry of Health for Pharmacies;
• Educational Certificates for services offered in their professional capacity;
