The 4th Nedbank Maseru City Run ignited the streets of Maseru, with over 3,400 athletes sprinting through the capital Including the Lesotho Royal Family who took part in various distances
Her Majesty Queen ‘Masenate Mohato Seeiso took part in 10KM race, His Royal Highness Prince Lerotholi Mohato Seeiso took part in 21,1 KM While Her Royal Highness Princess Senate Mohato Seeiso took part in 5KM race.
The event drew athletes from across borders, including South Africa, Pakistan, Namibia, and Botswana. Minister of Tourism, Sports, Arts and Culture, Mr Motlatsi Maqelepo, and LSRC President, Mr Baba Malephane, laced up their shoes for the 10km challenge. Director of Sports, Mr Thabo Tsiki, was also part of the action.
With a record turnout, the Maseru City Run is solidifying its position as a premier sporting event in Lesotho.
